Általános információ: Termékeinket általában szerelési útmutató nélkül szállítjuk
kézbesítve. A telepítést csak képzett szakemberek
végezhetik. Az általunk szállított termékeket kizárólag

Panasz esetén hibamemória-naplókat kell benyújtani azokról
az elektronikus cikkekről, amelyek hibahelyzet-memória
bejegyzéseket hagynak maguk után. Ez következésképpen
hatással van minden olyan elektronikus elemre, amelyet a
motorvezérlő egység rögzít, figyel és ellenőriz. Ezek
mindenféle érzékelő (pl. NOX érzékelők, ABS érzékelők),
légtömegmérők, légzsák csúszógyűrűk, vezérlőegységek a
fényszóró tartományának vezérléséhez, fojtószelepek, lambda
érzékelők vagy EGR modulok.

Ha javítás közben nehézségek merülnek fel (hibaelhárítás
legfeljebb 1 óra), kérjük, forduljon a műszaki
ügyfélszolgálathoz:

Telefon: 040 - 25 30 66 55
E-mail küldése: service@aic-germany.de

Ennek eredményeként gyakran elkerülhető a szokásos javítási
idővel aránytalan kiterjedt hibaelhárítás.

A panaszokra a következők vonatkoznak: Minél teljesebb
folyamatokat nyújtanak be, annál gyorsabban feldolgozhatók.
A teljes dokumentumok tartalmazzák a GWA alkalmazást
(beleértve a KBA számot, az alvázszámot, az első
nyilvántartásba vételt, a motor kódját, a
futásteljesítményt), az első és a második telepítési
számlát, Hiba memórianapló, irányított hibaelhárítás és, ha
szükséges, képek. A hiányos dokumentumok a panasz
elutasításához vezethetnek.

A telepítéstől számított 2 év törvényes garancián felül az
AIC minden szállított termékre garanciát vállal*.

*Garanciafeltételek: Az ötéves garancia a beszerelés
napjától a tétel árára vonatkozik, legfeljebb 75 000 km-ig
(iwis tételek esetében legfeljebb 100 000 km-ig). Kizártak a
következményes költségek, a külső hatások, a nem megfelelő
beszerelés és az elhasználódás.

Általános információ: Az általunk szállított termékek kizárólag
rendeltetésszerű használatra felelnek meg. A
beszerelést csak szakképzett személyzet végfezheti. A
termékek általában szerelési utasítás nélkül
kerülnek kiszállításra.

Általános információ: Products supplied by us are without exception intended for
the designated use.
Please note that our products are usually delivered without
installation instructions.
Installation may only be carried out by trained specialist
personnel.
There is no guarantee for inappropriate, improper or
unintended use.

Általános információ: In the warranty, we always make a distinction between wear
parts and vehicle parts. All wear parts are subject to a
reduced warranty period and a maximum mileage.

Brake components such as brake disks, brake pads, etc.
maximum of 1000 km (break-in period). Therefore, warranty
claims for brake parts are only reviewed with an
installation invoice and a record of the wheel hub run-out
measurement, including photos.

For brake disks and brake pads, the break-in requirements
specified by the vehicle manufacturer must be observed.

When replacing brakes, the chassis components must always be
checked with regard to clearance and the wheel hub with
regard to wobble, and the appropriate documentation must be
produced.

If the vehicle is no longer in its original condition due to
tuning work such as wheel accessories and tracking plates,
the entitlement to make warranty claims is lost due to
third-party work. The same warranty claims are lost if the
vehicle is used for motor sports or similar events.
